What allergens are your products free from?
All of our products are dairy-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free, egg-free, soy-free, gluten-free, sesame-free, fish-free, shellfish-free, mustard-free, suphites-free and lupin-free.
Are you products made in an allergy-friendly facility?
Yes, all of our products are produced in our dedicated facility that is dairy-free, nut-free, peanut-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, egg-free, corn-free, sesame-free, mustard-free, shellfish-free, crustacean-free, suphites-free and lupin-free.
Do any of your products contain a corn product?
There is a corn product in our jelly beans, marshmallow clusters and peppermint bark, however, these are produced and packaged in a dedicated area of our facility by dedicated staff so there is NO chance for cross contamination with our other products. Our packing materials, molds, foils, etc do NOT contain corn/corn derivatives. For those customers that do have corn allergies, we are happy to make any accommodations that make you feel comfortable with our products, please include any special requests in the comment section of your order or feel free to email us with you concerns.
Do you have any latex in your facility?
No, we do not use latex of any type in our facility.
How can I be sure that your products are safe for myself or my child with food allergies?
All suppliers of our ingredients have provided us with their company’s allergen statements stating that their facilities are free from the above-stated allergens.
There are no other products in our facility, so there is NO chance for any cross contamination from any other food allergens.
Are your products Kosher?
All of our raw ingredients (chocolate and non-chocolate) are Kosher certified. Our facility is not certified as of yet, however, we are working on the certification process.
Are your products Vegan?
All our products are vegan EXCEPT our jelly beans and marshmallow clusters. These are produced and packaged in a dedicated area of our facility by dedicated staff so there is NO chance for cross contamination with our other products.
How should I store your products?
Our products can be stored in a cool dry place away from any strong odors. The shelf life is about 10-12 months.
Can your chocolate be melted down for molding?
No, it requires melting in a tempering machine for best results.
Do you do special orders?
Yes, all the time. We do a lot of special orders for everything from weddings to baby showers, parties and more. We can work with you for your special event to create any number of treats for you and your guests. Please contact us via email and let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to make it for you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you are local. We are located in Westlake, Ohio, so if you’d like to pick up your order, please order online and in the comment section, please state that you’d like to pick up your order when it’s ready and we will contact you to arrange a convenient day/time. Once you pick up your order, we will refund the shipping charge from your order. It’s that easy!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship our products to Canada, which requires individualized shipping rates, so customers need to call us to place their orders. We do not ship internationally at this time.
I didn’t get an order confirmation, did my order go through?
No, If you have gone through the checkout process correctly you should receive an order confirmation, if you did not receive an order confirmation via email the order was not processed. The confirmation may take up to an hour to arrive depending on your internet service and geographic location.
