Amanda's Dairy-free, Nut-free, Egg-free, Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dairy-free margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons water, 2 teaspoons baking powder & 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil or canola oil, all mixed together
- 2 cups Amanda's Own dairy-free nut-free gluten-free egg-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Mix margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Mix water, baking powder and oil mixture into other wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredient and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated.
- Cover cookie dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before baking to firm up the dough.
- Drop by tablespoons onto a GREASED baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in air tight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
