Amanda's Dairy-free, Nut-free, Egg-free, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Amanda's Dairy-free, Nut-free, Egg-free, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dairy-free margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons water, 2 teaspoons baking powder & 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil or canola oil, all mixed together
  • 2 cups Amanda's Own dairy-free nut-free gluten-free egg-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • Mix margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Mix water, baking powder and oil mixture into other wet ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredient and mix well.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated.
  • Cover cookie dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before baking to firm up the dough.
  • Drop by tablespoons onto a GREASED baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
  • Store in air tight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
