| ABOUT AMANDA'S OWN CONFECTIONS We developed our chocolate as a result of our daughter’s life-threatening food allergy to dairy products. We did not want her (Amanda) to miss out on all the chocolate holidays, like Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Chanukah / Hanukkah, or the everyday events that include chocolate like baking chocolate chip cookies with dairy free chocolate chips. We started making chocolate that is totally dairy free, tree nut free, peanut free, egg free & gluten free for Amanda and she loved it. We shared our chocolate with friends who have children with food allergies and the response to the great taste and safe ingredients was overwhelmingly positive. We decided to offer these treats to everyone. The purity of our dairy-free, tree nut-free, peanut-free, egg-free, gluten-free chocolate is of the greatest importance to us, as the safety of our child and yours depends on it. |
